Which countries and regions do you deliver to?
Currently, our specialized logistics network provides comprehensive delivery services to all reachable locations within Australia. To ensure the secure and professional handling of our premium furniture, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (such as APO/FPO/DPO), or remote islands and territories that fall outside the standard service zones of our major commercial couriers.
We remain committed to serving major business hubs and metropolitan areas across Australia to help ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition.
Can I request a specific courier or delivery time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific couriers at this time. However, you may specify a preferred delivery time slot. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
Do you offer installation services?
Installation services are not included. However, our products come with assembly instructions and are suitable for self-installation or assistance from a local handyman.
What if my order arrives damaged or with missing parts?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept return requests for personal reasons within our 90-day window, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging. At Nestlyrao, we do not charge any restocking or processing fees. However, as the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the actual round-trip logistics costs incurred. Do you provide invoices or receipts?
An invoice or order receipt is sent automatically via email after checkout.
If you need your company name, purchase reference, or other specific billing
